What we collect, and what we don’t.

This site is run by Crown Restaurant Group in Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio. It collects two things: what you type into a form, and anonymous measurement of which pages people look at.

What you send us

The contact form and the job application go by email to the people who answer them. Nothing is stored in a database on this site, and nothing is sold, rented, or given to anyone for marketing. A job application is kept by our hiring team; a contact message is kept by whoever replies to it. If you would like either deleted, write to info@crgcincy.com and we will.

The application form also keeps what you have typed in your own browser as you fill it in, so you can close the tab and come back. That never leaves your device, and it is erased the moment you submit.

Measurement

We use Google Analytics to see which restaurants people are looking for and which pages they arrive on. We do not run advertising on this site and we do not build advertising profiles.

If you accept cookies, Google Analytics sets one to recognise a repeat visit. If you decline, it sets none and receives no identifier — the visit is still counted, without anything attached to you. That is Google Consent Mode, and it is why declining does not simply make us blind.

Google processes this data on our behalf. Their own account of it is at policies.google.com/privacy.

Other sites

Reserving a table, buying a gift card, and each restaurant’s own site are run by other companies — OpenTable, Lightspeed, and our individual brands. Once you follow one of those links you are on their site under their terms, not ours.
