More than a steakhouse

Losanti – Columbus redefines the steakhouse experience without the white tablecloth. In February 2026 the room came to Franklinton: 6,000 square feet, up to 250 seats, and the largest dining room Crown Restaurant Group has ever opened. It is the group's first restaurant outside Cincinnati, and the first time the Losanti kitchen has had this much room to work with.

The kitchen butchers in house. Whole primals come in and are broken down, trimmed, and aged on site, which is why the cuts on the menu change with what the room has hanging rather than with what a distributor is pushing that week. Every steak is charred to order over high heat, finished with compound butter, and sent out without ceremony. The pasta is rolled by hand each morning in the same kitchen.

Columbus keeps a few things to itself. Three private dining rooms handle everything from a twelve-seat business dinner to a full buyout, each one able to close off from the main floor without feeling like an afterthought. A seasonal patio opens onto Broad Street when the weather turns. And the happy hour runs daily from four to six — a Columbus-only fixture that has become the easiest way to see the room for the first time.

The design leans into the building: leather banquettes, teal velvet at the windows, chandeliers over the booths, and a marble bar that runs long enough to eat a full dinner at.
